The challenge

An early prototype that couldn’t carry real matching

The client

Unlike our other builds, Find Surrogate already had a baseline in place — an early-stage surrogacy matching concept — before we came on. We took it over, re-architected it, and scaled it into a production-grade marketplace.

The problem

The early version couldn't reliably support real matching workflows across three distinct user types — surrogates, intended parents, and agencies — at the reliability or privacy bar that healthcare-adjacent data demands.

Rebuild the platform without losing its users

    We worked around an existing foundation instead of starting from a blank slate.

    Healthcare-adjacent data meant privacy and trust were designed in, not bolted on afterward.

    The existing user base stayed intact through the transition.
